Ruthie House Chef

Ruthie came to Antigua 15 years ago and fell in love with the island, and has made it her home since then. Originally from the UK, Ruthie has travelled the world extensively, living in Africa and the Far East, and her cooking has been inspired by the diversity of food discovered on her travels.

She describes her food as 'Modern Mediterranean with a Pacific Rim Influence' - but is more than happy to cook whatever guests enjoy, all the while showcasing the best locally sourced fresh ingredients.

For larger events or special occasions, Alex Grimley and his team from nearby restaurant, Sheer Rocks can be brought in to cater. Famed for their amazing, bespoke menus and stylish presentation, this is the way to make a lasting impression.
